2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email info@fungiworks.in with order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipment.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, eligible refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange
If you received a defective item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to availability).
6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement (before shipping).

After shipping, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item as per our return guidelines.
