Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 1 business day of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@fungiworks.in with order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

  2. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipment.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, eligible refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Custom / personalized orders (unless defective)

5. Exchange

If you received a defective item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to availability).

6. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement (before shipping).

  • After shipping, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item as per our return guidelines.
